PVC fiberglass sleeving product is non-alkali fiber woven and coated with PVC resin, plasticizing made of electrical insulation paint tube. It has good softness, flexibility, insulation, and chemical resistance, wiring insulation and mechanical protection for electrical, electronics, instruments, radios and other devices.
检验标准( Test) :
1.外观：漆管的涂层均匀、表面光滑，不应有影响产品性能的缺陷。
Appearance: paint tube coating is uniform, smooth surface, the defects should not affect product performance.
2.长度：长度1000mm，允许偏差±10mm2，
Length: Length 1000mm, allowable deviation of±10mm.
3.内径和壁厚不低于下表标准
The inner diameter and wall thickness are not less than the standard of the following table. 4.性能标准 (Performance standard) :
（1）耐温（temperature resistance）：105℃
（2）热处理后的弯曲：涂层不裂开、不脱离
Heat treatment after bending: the coating does not crack, or separate.
（3）低温下弯曲性：涂层不裂开、不脱离
Low temperature bending: the coating does not crack, or separate.
（4）2715-Ⅲ击穿电压：中值1.5KV，室温下不低于1.2KV。
Breakdown voltage: in value 1.5KV, at room temperature is not less than 1.2KV.
（5）白色、白底绿条、白底红条white, green, white, white with red strips.
